Yes. But we don’t wear that as a badge — we consider it the bare minimum. Purity should be assumed, not advertised.

What if I don’t like it?
If you’re not impressed, we’re deeply intrigued. It’s a rare data point and we treat those with care. Get in touch — not because we’ll give you a refund (we will), but because we’d genuinely love to understand your palate.
How Should I Brew It?
Use anything worthy of it. French press, pour-over, siphon — all are welcome. Just… please don’t microwave it. You're better than that.
