Shipping Policy

At Ristavo, we believe every cup begins with a seamless experience — from bean to doorstep. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure timely and secure delivery of your premium coffee products, with transparency at every step.
Serviceable Locations
We currently ship across India, covering all major metros, Tier I/II cities, and most postal codes serviced by our delivery partners. For remote or restricted delivery areas, serviceability will be confirmed during checkout. We are working to expand internationally and will update this section once international shipping becomes available.
Shipping Timelines
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 business hours of receiving payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:
  • Metros & Tier I Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier II/III Cities & Semi-Urban Areas: 3–6 business days
  • Remote/Outlying Regions: 5–9 business days
Note: Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or government restrictions.
Order Processing
Orders placed:
  • Before 12:00 PM (IST) on working days are typically processed on the same day.
  • After 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipment tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
Shipping Charges
We offer:
  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹599.
  • A nominal flat fee of ₹50–₹75 may apply to orders below this threshold depending on the delivery zone.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is available in select locations and may incur an additional service fee.
Any applicable charges are clearly displayed at checkout.
Packaging & Quality Control
All Ristavo products are carefully packed in airtight, aroma-lock, tamper-evident pouches or boxes to preserve freshness and protect the contents during transit.Each order undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure your experience is nothing short of exceptional.
Delivery Partner & Logistics
We work with leading logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post for timely and reliable deliveries. The choice of courier is based on your delivery location and service availability.
Missed Delivery Attempts
In case the delivery partner is unable to reach you on the first attempt, a second and third attempt may be made. You may also be contacted by the courier company to schedule a convenient time.
Repeated failed attempts may result in the package being returned to us. In such cases:
  • Re-shipping charges may apply, or
  • Refunds may be processed, deducting any applicable shipping/return fees (refer to Refund Policy)
Delivery Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for on-time deliveries, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and assure you of our full support during such instances.
Ristavo shall not be liable for delays caused by:
  • Natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Issues at the delivery service provider’s end
Delivery Verification
Upon receipt, we recommend checking the outer packaging for any visible tampering or damage. In case of any concerns, please contact us immediately at care@ristavo.com with your order ID and photos.
