Refund & Returns Policy

Welcome to Ristavo.
At Ristavo, we take pride in delivering premium-quality coffee. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on coffee once shipped. However, we're here to assist in cases of genuine concerns.
Coffee Orders
All coffee sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons related to taste preferences or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@ristavo.com with your order ID and photos. If verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations or changes cannot be made. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
Non-Coffee Returns
We accept returns for unused merchandise within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
No Refunds For:
  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind or taste
  • Orders reported after return window
